Authorized Use. Except as otherwise permitted in these Terms of Use, this Site is intended only for your personal, noncommercial use unless (1) you are a broker/dealer, bank or other financial services firm that has entered into a valid distribution agreement (“Distribution Agreement”) with Northern Lights Distributors, LLC (the distributor for the Copeland Funds), or you are an authorized representative of such firm and (2) it is for your reasonable and fair business use for the purpose of providing services under such Distribution Agreement. Any other exceptions must be expressly authorized by Copeland in writing.

No solicitations. Nothing on this Site shall be considered a solicitation to buy or an offer to sell, or a recommendation for, a security, or any other product or service.

No investment recommendations or professional advice; use of tools. This Site is not intended to provide any tax, legal, insurance or investment advice, and nothing on the Site should be construed as a recommendation, by us or any third-party, to acquire or dispose of any investment or security, or to engage in any investment strategy or transaction. Governing Law, Forum, Severability

Failure by Copeland to enforce any provision(s) of these Terms of Use shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. This Site is controlled and operated by Copeland from its offices within Pennsylvania in the United States of America. The laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania (“Governing Laws”) govern these Terms. If you take legal action relating to these Terms, you agree to file such action only in the state courts of Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, or the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and you consent and submit to the personal jurisdiction of those courts for the purposes of litigating any such action. If any provision of these Terms of Use is deemed unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall be enforced to the fullest extent possible, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. You shall comply with all laws, rules and regulations by any governmental authority or agency which govern or apply to the operation and use of the Site.
