In providing our clients with investment management services, we receive and collect certain personal information about our clients from information provided to us and through our clients’ account inquiries by mail, e-mail or telephone.

Within our firm and among our service providers, we restrict access to personal information to those who require it to provide products and services to our clients. In the case of unaffiliated service providers, we contractually require them to use this information only for the services for which they are contracted, and to treat our clients’ private information with the strictest confidence.

All our employees are subject to our internal policies, which are reinforced in our written guidelines. In addition, we maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect our clients’ nonpublic personal information from unauthorized use.
